An Unconventional
Path to Purpose
Azure Bleu is a NYS Licensed Optician, Self-Relationship Coach and Inspirational Speaker. She helps people develop and maintain a healthy self-relationship through empathic radical honesty, to live a purposeful life.
The 8th of 9 children, Azure didn’t witness anyone model a healthy relationship with self. She became a teenage mother while in a physically abusive relationship. At 19 years old, instead of the college schedule she had already planned, she faced incarceration. It was inside those walls that she was introduced to the Optical Trade, a craft she brought home, earned her degree in, and has practiced for 18 years, holding her NYS license for 14 of those years, with 10 years spent in leadership.
The Breaking Point: A second child, a second abusive relationship (emotionally and mentally), and deep dissatisfaction at work drove Azure to journey inward.
The Pivot: She accidentally registered for Kundalini Yoga instead of Vinyasa. It changed everything. She became a Certified Kundalini Yogi, then a Certified Herbalist through her own garden.
The Recognition: Patients and staff independently called her the Therapeutic Optician, the name that opened her eyes to the path ahead.
The Purpose: Certified Life Coach. 1:1 clients testify to her non-judgmental radical honesty. They carry those healthy self-relationships they now carry.
